Service

Shaped QR is operated by G10be, based in Amarillo, TX. The service generates scannable QR codes shaped like silhouettes you provide or select. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Ink & Billing

Shaped QR uses a virtual currency called ink. 1 ink = $0.05 USD. Every shaped QR generation costs 5 ink. New accounts receive 50 ink free. Ink is non-refundable except in the case of a failed generation (scannable: false), which is automatically refunded. Postpaid invoicing is available for AI agents and bulk users — contact hello@shapedqr.com.

Your Content

You retain all rights to silhouette images you upload. By uploading, you grant G10be a limited license to process the image for QR generation only. We do not store your silhouette images beyond the generation request. Generated QR images are yours to use commercially under the Single or Pro tiers. Free tier outputs include a watermark and are for personal/evaluation use only.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Shaped QR to generate QR codes that link to illegal content, malware, phishing, or any content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke service at our discretion.

Privacy

We collect email addresses for billing and account management. We do not sell your data. We do not display advertising. Generation requests (URL, shape) are logged for billing and abuse prevention. Logs are retained for 90 days. Contact hello@shapedqr.com for data deletion requests.

AI Agents & MCP

AI agents connecting via MCP agree to these terms on behalf of their operators. The operator identified by the email field in the generate_qr call is responsible for ensuring the generated QR is used lawfully.

Warranty & Liability

Shaped QR is provided as-is during the intro pricing period. We do not guarantee scan rates or uptime. G10be liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.
